2.7.3. Removal and installation of a radiator of the cooling system (F4R engine)
Removal
Install the car on the two-rack-mount elevator.
Disconnect wires from plugs of the rechargeable battery, since the minus plug.
Remove:
– top covers of the engine;
– forward wheels;
– protection of the pallet of a case of the engine;
– flaps.
Disconnect:
– a block of wires from fog lights (if they are established);
– liquid supply tubes to washers of headlights (if they are established).
Remove a bumper.

Separate both sockets, disconnect a cowl lock drive cable, remove the holder and turn off a bolt of fastening of a radiator (fig. 2.280).
Disconnect liquid supply tubes to windscreen washer.

Remove a protective cross-piece of a bumper (fig. 2.281).
Merge cooling liquid, having disconnected the taking-away hose from a radiator.
Disconnect the bringing hose from a radiator.
Disconnect the hoses connecting a radiator to a broad tank.
Disconnect a block of wires from the electric fan.

Disconnect the bringing pipeline of an airair cooler (fig. 2.282)

Disconnect the taking-away pipeline of an airair cooler (fig. 2.283)
Remove an airair cooler.
Disconnect the condenser from a radiator.
Remove a radiator.
Disconnect the engine cooling system electric fan from a radiator.
Installation
Installation is made as it should be, the return to removal.
Tighten the required moment (5,5 N · l) a collar of a hose of an airair cooler.
For installation of elastic collars use nippers for elastic collars (Mot. 1202-01).
ATTENTION
When performing operation take measures not to injure an edge of the cooling knots (a radiator, the condenser).
