For start of the engine from the rechargeable battery installed on other car follow the instructions given below.

Buy the corresponding electrical wires of big section at the service station Renault. If such wires: already are available, be convinced of their working order.

Both batteries have to have the identical rated voltage of 12 V. Emkost (And · w) the charged battery has to be not less, than at discharged.

If electrolyte in the battery froze before charging the battery, defreeze it.

Be convinced also that both cars have among themselves no electric contact (because of a possibility of short circuit at connection of positive conclusions) and the discharged battery is correctly connected. Switch off ignition on the car.

Start the engine of the car from which charging is carried out, and leave it to work with an average frequency of rotation of a bent shaft of the engine.

Connect plus (+) a wire And to a conclusion (+) 1 discharged battery, and then to a conclusion (+) 2 charged batteries (fig. 1.113).

Connect minus a wire (–) In to a conclusion (–) 3 charged batteries, and then to a conclusion (–) 4 discharged batteries.

Make sure that connecting wires And yes In have no contact, and plus (+) a wire But has no contact with any metal parts of the car with the charged battery.

Start the engine of the car, after that disconnect wires And yes In in the return sequence (4–3–2–1).
