At the working engine passing beam of headlights is turned on and switched off automatically depending on illumination level outside of the car, without impact on the lever of the understeering switch 1 (situation 0).

The automatic mode can both join, and to be switched off.

– For inclusion of the mode hold pressed the button 3 within not less than four seconds. In confirmation of this action the double sound signal will sound, and on a guard of devices the corresponding message will appear (see fig. 1.41).

– For shutdown of the mode at the stopped engine hold pressed the button Z within not less than four seconds. The sound signal will confirm this action, and on a guard of devices the message "Will appear the automatic mode of lighting is switched off".

Any impact on the lever of the understeering switch 1 has a priority and cancels automatic control mode.

ATTENTION Before a trip to night-time check serviceability of electric equipment and adjust the direction of light of headlights (if loading of the car differs from usual). It is necessary to watch that devices of external lighting of the car were not hidden (for example, dirt, snow or the transported freights).
