Install the car on the two-rack-mount elevator.

Remove protection of the pallet of a case of the engine.

Install a clip on the bringing pipeline of the pump of the hydraulic booster of steering to reduce amount of the following liquid.

ATTENTION Take measures for protection of the generator against hit of oil on it from system of the hydraulic booster of steering.

Disconnect a block of wires from pressure sensor.

Remove pressure sensor.

Install the manometer union instead of the sensor of pressure (fig. 5.5).

Remove a clip.

Lower the car.

Fill in oil (ELF RENAULT MATIC D2) in system of the hydraulic booster of steering.

Remove air from system, turning a steering wheel from one extreme situation in another at the idle engine.

ATTENTION During removal of air from system do not hold a steering wheel in extreme situation: the hydraulic booster of steering can put it out of action.

Establish wheels in provision of the movement on a straight line.

Remove air from system, turning a steering wheel from one extreme situation in another at the working engine.

Bring to norm oil level in a tank.

Remove the right forward flap and the right forward wheel.

Check pressure developed by the pump of the hydraulic booster of steering at the steering wheel established in average situation and in the absence of impact on it, the size of pressure of 5-7 bars.

Check pressure developed by the pump of the hydraulic booster of steering at the steering wheel turned in extreme situation, the size of 79-86 bars.

Stop the engine.

Lift the car.

Install a clip on the bringing pipeline of the pump of the hydraulic booster of steering to reduce amount of the following liquid.

Remove the manometer and the union.

ATTENTION If you removed sealing rings of unions of pipelines of the hydraulic booster of steering, replace them.

Install pressure sensor.

Tighten the required moment 12 N · pressure relay m.

Connect its socket.

Remove a clip.

Fill in oil (ELF RENAULT MATIC D2) in system of the hydraulic booster of steering.

Remove air from system, turning a steering wheel from one extreme situation in another at the idle engine.

Establish wheels in provision of the movement on a straight line.

Remove air from system, turning a steering wheel from one extreme situation in another at the working engine.

Bring to norm oil level in a tank.
