2.8.3. Removal and check of an adsorber (all engines)

Removal
The adsorber is established on the fuel tank under the car.

Release an adsorber from a clamp on the fuel tank, moving it in the direction of an arrow (fig. 2.285).
Disconnect pipelines of a supply of vapors from the fuel tank and to the electromagnetic valve.

Disconnect a message tube with the atmosphere and remove an adsorber (fig. 2.286).

Check
Muffle a branch pipe of the pipeline going from the fuel tank on an adsorber.
Connect the device manometer (Mot. 1311-01) to the message union with the atmosphere of an absorber.
During the operation of the engine be idling convinced that in the message union with the atmosphere of an adsorber there is no depression (and also that the value of parameter which is read out on the device "extent of cyclic opening of an electromagnetic absorber of a klapanaproduvka remains minimum: X have less or equally to 1,5%).
If there is a depression that, at the switched-off ignition by means of the vacuum pump create depression of 500 Mbar at the exit of the electromagnetic valve. Depression should not change more than on 10 Mbar for 30 pages.
If pressure changes, the electromagnetic valve is faulty, replace it.
If pressure does not change, at observance of conditions of a purge depression has to increase (value of parameter on the screen of the diagnostic unit at the same time has to increase).
Provided that, there is an electric malfunction therefore it is necessary to check a chain.
